The precision engineers Wildon Engineering (Worcester) Limited, together with Blackpole Jig & Tool Limited, were acquired on June 30th 2013. The purchase was in line with Birmingham Stopper’s policy of expanding by bolt-on acquisitions, that are compatible with the range of services already offered. The facilities and skills of Wildon ensure that the combined customer base benefit from a broader range of services.
