Product Process

• Customers' requirements, either precise or outline, are developed to produce solutions for their metal component needs.
• The processes can include:
• Prototype work where fast turn-rounds can be achieved utilising CNC punching and bending equipment coupled with craftsman skills.
• Submission of modifications and alternatives before final designs are agreed and drawings issued.
• Final designs are scrutinised and possibilities discussed for cost-downs and production facilitation, prior to the release of production drawings.
• Most cost effective method of production agreed, taking into account volume requirements and life expectancy of component.
• Hard tooling produced and samples submitted, together with ISIR & PPAP paperwork.
• Continuous improvement process through product life cycle.
